It’s been six days since I began working out again, and boy am I sore. But I am also quite proud of myself. It actually feels rewarding to move parts of my body and feel that soreness, because it’s a sign that I am getting to those areas f my body that needs to be toned. Eventually, my body will get used to my regime and the pain will disappear and hopefully in its place I will begin to see results.
Since the 1st of January, I’ve dropped 2.6lbs. Yay! If you are on this journey with me, share your results!
