Workout Pain is Good Pain

Pain is your weaknessI truly need this as my motivation today!!!  🙂 I began working out on my treadmill this past weekend twice a day.  It’s been hard, but every time I look down at my Fitbit, I tell myself that I have to get my money’s worth and somehow, I find the strength to step on the treadmill for 35 mins., followed by 20 mins. of Pilates.  Oh the pain my muscles feel, but as they say, “No Pain, No Gain!” 

Time to put yourself first and stay healthy and fit!  Let’s Go!
